MSG employs 200+ personnel in management, collections, clerical and technical support. MSG has a call center in Karachi, Pakistan that
employs 50+ personnel. MSG will assign one of our highly skilled collection teams to Our Client. This team will focus on increasing
revenue for the client while maintaining a good standing with the debtor.
Our in-house facilities accommodate a skip-tracing department, automated mailing department and a predictive dialer.
MSG employs approximately 175 full time collectors in our Chicago office. MSG also employs approximately 60 collectors at our Pakistan call center. The
average experience is in excess of 8 years. MSG provides coverage from 8:00AM and 9:00PM (Central Standard time) seven days a week
